You’re eligible if you:
Are 18+ (12–17s assessed on a case-by-case basis)
Live in Wales and are registered with a Welsh GP
Are currently smoking or have stopped in the last 4 weeks
Haven’t used this NHS stop smoking service in the last 6 months
